I work with a talented group of designers, engineers, QA specialists, and project managers to deliver first-class digital experiences. I manage our engineering and QA teams. My responsibilities include resourcing, hiring, performance management, and assisting with capacity planning. I collaborate with technical leads to establish organization-wide coding standards and engineering guidelines. I contribute to client projects both as a lead and production engineer.

Developed websites, landing pages, and email campaigns for a variety of D4 clients. Primary developer for the agency during my tenure. Created multiple sites on Expression Engine and WordPress CMSs. Managed hosting and DNS for D4 clients. Technical consulting for D4 clients.

Designed and developed websites for the University System and GALILEO (Georgia’s Virtual Library). Set coding standards and defined best practices for University System developers. Led implementation of Expression Engine CMS. Participated in all phases of web site development: landscape analysis, prototyping, visual design, front-end development, CMS development, and usability testing.

Designed and developed School of Information websites. Managed a small team of student web developers and designers. Provided IT support for School of Information faculty and staff. Managed School of Information computer labs: staffing, equipment and software purchasing, and oversaw daily operations.

Coded and maintained School of Information websites. Taught short courses to gratulate-level students including HTML, Unix and the command line, Perl/CGI, and Adobe Acrobat.
