With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a seasoned executive with a passion for asset management, real estate, infrastructure, private credit, cash management and tax driven solutions. As the President and COO of Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management, I oversee the distribution, strategy, operations and growth of a leading financial services firm that provides innovative and diversified investment products and services to institutional and private wealth clients. I am driven by the mission of delivering value, performance, and excellence to our stakeholders, while fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and integrity within our organization. I bring a unique perspective and expertise to the firm, as I have worked in various markets and business segments across the firm and the industry.Throughout my career, I've been involved in the creation, structuring, launch, capital formation, management, and monetization of dozens of private markets strategies with over $35 billion in aggregate value. I've worked closely with wealth management, accounting, tax and legal firms on the creation, education, due diligence and implementation of sophisticated alternative investment solutions including Real Estate Investment Trusts, Interval Funds, Business Development Companies, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Qualified Opportunity Funds. In addition, I led the formation and launch of the first '40 act fund focused on private infrastructure investing where I currently serve on the investment committee. I am a member of the board of directors and a long time member of the technology and operations committee of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) which plays a critical role in advancing important advocacy issues and strengthening the marketplace for alternative investment products. In 2023, I led the IPA Task Force on Capitol Hill advocating for the extension and improvement of the Qualified Opportunity Zone Program. In addition, I am on the Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) Real Assets Advisors editorial advisory board and a current member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).I have authored numerous thought leadership and educational white papers covering a wide range of investment related topics including real estate, infrastructure, real assets, 1031 exchanges, 721 exchanges, opportunity zone funds, asset allocation and investment management. I am a regular public speaker at conferences, industry events, leadership groups and have been featured on multiple media platforms.
