 This position required knowing all of the client accounts, their procedures, ticketing systems, and support information. this Position supported a wide range of clients world wide, including banks, insurance companies, medical suppliers, fast food chains, hardware manufacturers, shipping companies, and government agencies, each tending to have a list of software and hardware support needs specific to them. Each call required patience and level of understanding of each system that the client had to deal with and how to instruct a client on how to fix their issue if is not something that can be solved remotely.
