Software Engineer (Tools And Processes)
Current- Efficiently implemented ELM tools and tailor them to meet project requirements. This includes customizing attributes, defining workflows, managing templates and rules, managing imports and exports of artifacts, creating baselines, configuring dashboards, and performing administrative tasks.- Effectively integrated cross-vendor applications such as IBM ELM and JIRA/CRUCIBLE to facilitate process implementation. Assisted in establishing traceability between artifacts within RM, TM, EWM and JIRA/CRUCIBLE.- Gathering and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to aid project execution and continuous process improvement efforts.- Facilitating projects involving ELM tools and ASPICE processes.- Accountable for conducting Work Product Audits and reviews to ensure the quality attributes of work products, such as completeness and correctness, are met.- Participate Internal ASPICE assessment within project- Data Migration (programmatically), Infrastructure Set-up, Configurations, Integrations, Training, System and software Engineering process definition.- Development of OSLC, REST API, Plug-In integration within ELM applications.- DOORS Classic to DNG Migration.- RPE, JRS reporting for OSLC Integrations with LDX & LQE.- Domain migration of all Engineering tools along with ELM server rename.- Managing ELM and overall tools topology, overseeing maintenance, major upgrades, and patch installations. Investigating issues and collaborating with vendor support teams to resolve them.- Providing consultation and trainings on ASPICE V-model processes to the project teams- Conducted training sessions on various applications from tool suites for project teams across all locations within the organization.
