Founded Global Service Associates (GSA) as a non-profit (501c3) management consulting group to serve global alliances and NGO start-ups. Served as CEO from 1990 to 2006. Expanded the work to serve city networks that were celebrating the year 2000, in the Holy Land and the U.S. Provided vision, networking, communications and consulting services to alliances that were focused on Millennial goals. Grew the number of Associates to 23 employees.

Served as a alliance manager for the Lausanne Movement. Worked as a conference planner for meetings of 300 to 5,000 people, and helped launched a global “AD 2000” movement, a citizen’s network for global change on three continents spearheaded by Asian and Latin American organizers.

Served as the Executive Editor of an independent world issues magazine. Wrote 20% of the annual magazine features and columns. Served as their Conference Director to organize and run national and regional conferences, joining the team of national speakers, and managing the conference management team.

Managed a 10-person team to create the Perspectives textbook, study guide and videos. Created the Perspectives Curriculum Workshop, a 7-day pre-service, teacher training workshop for those wanting to lead the 15-week program in their area. Trained the first 200 coordinators from ‘82 to ‘86 to launch this global education movement. Enrollment reached 2,000 a year. Today, 140,000 in 27 countries have gone through the program, with the same face-to-face business model.
