Over the course of my career, I've transitioned from hands-on physical therapy to directing complex healthcare operations across multiple disciplines. As Senior Director of Operations at Westside, I currently oversee operations for multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy clinics, ensuring their financial success and the seamless delivery of exceptional care. My academic foundation, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and an MBA from Loyola University, has bolstered my capacity to excel in diverse healthcare environments.What sets me apart is my adaptability; successfully shifting my skills from human healthcare to animal healthcare, managing the operations of 56 veterinary hospitals across 13 states.
