O drums and other similar equipment. Preliminary design and engineering of Columns, Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers etc. Preliminary mechanical design calculations to obtain material requirement. Cost estimation of the equipment. Market study on basis of feedback of clients/customers/market research & experience to achieve the order winning price to secure order. Techno-Commercial Discussions with the client/customers. Project tracking of enquiries quoted to the client for budgeting/FEED purposes. Continuous improvement and development of better techniques to simplify daily tasks.

Supervision of daily activities related to fabrication of pressure vessel equipment viz. heat exchangers, reactors, columns, drums, etc.Entire assembly of the equipment with daily activities including welding, grinding, cutting, shell, nozzles setup and dressing and preparation.Continuous improvement and development of better techniques and procedures to simplify daily tasks and processes.Hazard identification and closure of the same in the factory area and helping in maintaining safe working atmosphere. Assisting in NDT and QC activities viz. dpt, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing.
