Though not commonly used today, the word “paraclete” summarizes who I am as a person as well as my goal as a Realtor. The dictionary defines paraclete as, “an advocate or intercessor”, but that barely begins to describe it. Paraclete is derived from the Greek word “paráklētos” and is used to define someone that is called to another person’s side, or literally “to walk along side of someone.” An advocate and intercessor? Yes, but in reality much more than that. A helper and a teacher; a comforter and a friend.Do I want your business? Of course I do!
