Membership Services Technology Manager

The Membership Services Technology Manager, under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Technology Management, will assist with installation, requisition, and troubleshooting of technology needs for the department, as well as provide support to Membership Services as needed.Specific Responsibilities:Assist with providing technical support to end-users for the customer management software solution (Fusion) and other department-related softwareAssist with set up of work stations with the software Fusion for POS (Cybersource and Freedom Pay) and membership check-in, as well as associated peripherals and hardware (access devices (proxcard readers), Honeywell Scanners for equipment checkout, Stanford student card readers, etc.)As directed by the Assistant Director, respond to requests for various basic hardware, software, peripheral, and networking technical assistance.Attend weekly Membership Services meetingsAttend registration planning meetings in preparation for the beginning of the quarterAssist with quarterly registration, and monthly reports for the Auditing team by leveraging Fusion, Excel, and any other associated applications required to meet the required compliance standards. Assist with Stanford IT tickets for the department, such as requesting IT support or ordering technology for the department, through utilizing internal tools, or ServiceNow.Resolve basic end-user problems, escalate as appropriate.Provide remote basic problem resolution (technical support) when possible.Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director
