I've been with Echo Global Logistics since March of 2013 and have served as Executive Vice President of Brokerage Operations Since December 2021. In my current role, I leads Echo's national brokerage operations which support the tens-of-thousands of carriers and shippers that Echo works with on a daily basis. Additionally, I oversees Echo's digital transformation strategy, where I work with internal and external stakeholders to identify ways technology and evolved business processes can improve efficiency, increase service levels, strengthen partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. Prior to my time at Echo, I served as the Director of Operations at OpenMile, a tech enabled freight brokerage, which was acquired by Echo in March of 2013. I've spent my entire professional career within the logistics industry, starting as a Carrier Sales Rep in 2005 and then serving in multiple senior leadership positions over the last 16 years. My professional passions are focused on capacity operations and leveraging technology to evolve the way in which 3PLs support the shippers and carriers that they work with.
