I returned to Pinto Barn as the Chief of Staff that handled strategic, operational, and legal matters for the start-up. The company had grown to over 30 employees at this point and I worked hand-in-hand with the CEO to continue the growth of the nut-free food company. I moved into the CEO role at the request of the Board of Directors & Investors after the departure of the founder. I stepped into this position to streamline the business model while trying to maximize the return. I focused full-time on defining the product-market fit, growing the market share, and improving the Sales operations. I also co-directed the development and launch of two video social networks, which earned the recognition from Apple. My success with the multi-faceted strategy for growth played a key role in a successful capital raise.
