CurrentWithin this role, I have gained a diverse portfolio spanning various industries including telecommunications, local government and fast-food restaurants.Key achievements and experiences:Taking on a different mindset for an AI application, designing dashboards and drill-down pages for multi-faceted datasets that consisted of data analysis, predictions of future status and conversational suggestions for solutions and actions. Working at speed to quickly gather user requirements and create high-level prototypes. I successfully presented proofs-of-concept, conducted extensive research into AI data presentation, and developed simplified UIs for technical demonstrations.Collaborating closely with product owners, leading workshops, conducting user research, and creating detailed personas to ensure the designs are responsive, user-centric, and aligned with business objectives.Designing dark-mode, high-fidelity interfaces, I identified and implemented improvements in user journeys and UI layouts, with a strong emphasis on accessibility.Working with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, identifying issues and recreating Figma designs using design tokens and grid systems to ensure consistency.
