Hired, trained and managed a sales force tasked with growing the ESPN Radio brand in Orlando. As the only senior-level manager in Orlando, my job was truly to be the acting General Manager of all three Orlando stations, handling much more than simply overseeing the sales department. I negotiated sponsorships and contracts with on-air talent like Terry Bowden, acted as the ambassador of the ESPN-Radio brand in the community and managed all aspects of those three stations.

Advertising and sponsorship sales for the leading Sports/Talk radio station in the State of Arizona. Interacted with clients to secure orders, maintained relationships with local professional athletes like Danny Ainge & Curt Schilling, promoted events as small as a remote broadcast at a clients site to as large as meet-and-greet sessions with Sugar Ray Leonard.
