As the President & CEO of Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities, I lead a mission-driven organization that provides exceptional care and education for children with complex medical and developmental needs in Keene, NH. I have more than a decade of experience in leadership roles in the human services sector, where I have honed my skills in operations, administration, state policy, and organizational strategy. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and opportunities for the children, young adults, family members, staff, and stakeholders that I serve. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise as an adjunct professor in the Doctor of Law and Policy program at Northeastern University, where I graduated with my doctoral degree. Additionally, I work as an accreditation surveyor for CARF International, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and best practices in the industry.
