Originally founded as a digital multimedia company, quickly pivoted the business to take advantage of emerging internet technologies and worked with Sears IT and IBM teams to launch Sears.com in 1997. Over the next 16 years, "grew up" with digital channels working with merchandising, marketing, operations and technology teams to build and grow the online business. Expanded ARS Interactive from being Sears centric to working with major online retailers and brands in multiple capacities.
