As the Manager of Food & Nutrition Services at Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH), I oversee the daily operations and financial performance of the food service department, serving more than 100 patients and staff daily. I have more than five years of experience as a food service manager and more than 12 years as a chef/supervisor in the hospital and health care industry.I am passionate about providing high-quality, nutritious, and delicious food that meets the diverse dietary needs and preferences of our customers. I have a CFM and a ServSafe Allergens certification, as well as an associate's degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu College and Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management from Western Governors Universit . I am skilled in data analysis, budgeting, sales, catering, food and beverage, and cooking. I work with a team of dedicated and talented professionals who share my vision and values. Together, we strive to improve the health and well-being of our community through our food service.
