My role is a technical lead in managing research and demonstrations associated with the challenges faced by utilities in designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining.

Developed a Telecommunications Master Plan for the Southern Nevada Water Authority that replaced a microwave radio system with a 60-node, OC-48 and OC-3 SONET fiber optic network.
