Over the course of my career I have embraced the role of an "Entrepreneurial CFO"—that is, one where I'm able to work strategically in partnership with the CEO and other corporate executives, board members and investors while taking a very hands-on, tactical approach to day-to-day financial management, problem solving and operations across a wide variety of business functions, including corporate and operational finance, HR, IT, business affairs, governance, bookkeeping, treasury & cash flow management, financial reporting, FP&A/forecast modeling, execution of equity investment and M&A transactions, and investor/board relations. I've developed and expanded these skills primarily at VC-backed, high-growth companies, most often in tech industries, yet also at well known global enterprises. Always eager to explore emerging technologies and leverage new business processes, I've consistently found that with my entrepreneurial approach to financial leadership is highly adaptable and transferable to other industries.Currently, I also sit on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of FRMO Corp., a publicly traded company holding diverse, alternative financial investments, including, among others, strategic interests in hedge funds, fund advisory fees, stock exchanges and cryptocurrency mining.
