Grew from part time sales to Inventory Control Supervisor. Spent over six years cultivating leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills at the highest volume Apple store in the DC metro area. Managed and mentored a team of 15 people to keep pace with the evolution of state of the art technology sales in a revolutionary retail environment. Created and maintained databases and reports for store operations and training. Worked with loss prevention and logistics teams to control shrink and insure inventory accuracy of better than 99.5%.

Created visual merchandising elements using hand made and digitally created signage for a large retail music store. Won a chain-wide EMI display contest. Trained and supervised a staff of 20 people. Responsible for cash and deposits. Managed the store liquidation process; selling all assets and inventory. Spent two years cataloging and searching for, maintaining records about music, movies, and books.

Owned daily operations at a satellite campus as the sole proprietor. Oversaw all aspects of the business: maintaining faculty relations, ordering stock, auditing physical inventory, shipping and receiving, customer service, cash handling and deposits. Lead a team of 20 people as Textbook Department Supervisor at the main campus. Organized and inventoried textbooks for 35,000 students. Maintained database for customer orders.
