Established and managed a consolidated supply chain capability of approximately 85 people across South Australia from disparate procurement, logistics and inventory planning teams. Managed the importation and distribution throughout Australia of approximately seven million cases of beer (approximately 6,000 containers) per year, including the forecasting of products from Mexico, Japan, Belgium, France and Italy into multiple Australian ports, as well as clearance, decontainerisation and placement of the products through the Fosters Australian distribution networkOwned the formalised weekly and monthly supply planning portion of the enterprise-wide S&OP process, driving operational and financial management rigour across plant production, inventory holdings, asset utilisation, procurement and logistics capabilities responsible for approximately $900M in COGS
