I was transferred to develop & build a new industry standard software driven product for the financial services industry to bring an innovative solution towards the collection & information problem by utilizing a new business model. The vision of success was to eliminate the progressing time to a minimized period whilst accelerating collection, information & marketing efforts of the customers enabling best possible results. The strategy was achieved in four major stages which out performed 2500 customers and 5 m/TL revenue per annum, reported to the president of the company with a team of three direct reports and 20 specialists.✦ Initial stage of the strategy was to initiate a program to identify effectively the needs of the financial, e-commerce, retail industries need for information, collection & marketing software driven intelligent products and services. ✓ Corporate Business Processes are modelled with New Business Channel Strategy. ✓ Business Service Framework migrated with new technology trends. ✓ Develop service products for the named industry leaders.✦ Second stage of the strategy was to influence mature industries and customers for new product & services developed specific for the sales channels where we have penetrated to 2500 + B2B customers.✓ Corporate Business Processes are modelled with New Business Channel Strategy. ✓ Accomplished Banking System Integrations. ✓ Established "Smart and Update Communication Services" ✦ Third stage of the strategy was to apply innovative ideas & development methods for time to market activities of new service products to leverage existing customer base. ✦ Final stage of the strategy was to established a marketing mix through using Boston Matrix effectively to identify & develop a service driven product strategy for the initiation, enhancement and to kill products that performed and fail.

I was recruited as an IT Manager to build the technology infrastructure required to enable 118yx (Directory Assistance Service) calls. The vision of success was to orchestrate a transaction-based system to perform three independent business units in call center outsourcing, value added directory business and transaction-based data inquiry. I was promoted as an assistant general manager after the successful implementation of the holistic system where I reported to the president of the company with a team of three direct report executing a budget responsibly of 3 m/TL per annum with a revenue target of 3.3 m/TL for the first year of execution and improving it by %15 percent for the consecutive years of active leader ship.Key Achievements✓ Initiated the business through actualization of contractual relations with the major telecom operators.✓ Established the organization enabling call center and technology teams for high volume inquires recruited more than 150 specialists for the total business operations. ✓ Developed and enhanced service products that would differentiate 11824 from competition for continuous call and revenue flow. ✓ Planned and executed the marketing strategy acquiring a customer based from traditional and online media by investing 1.8 m/TL budget and spending the least however the most effective in it’ s market for the customer accusation.✓ Adapted the organization to the changing market conditions through business innovation, market and business analysis and move the business from a call-initiated model to service data driven transaction-based model.✓ To maximize the business potential, leverage the existing call center organization to a new call center outsourcing model which performed new revenue streams on top of existing revenues.
