Jay was leading the Recruiting for two key verticals at Salesforce India and played 2nd in line India Recruiting leadership role.I was Privileged to lead a rock star team of Recruiters across Bangalore and Hyderabad hubs who attracted and hired amazing talent to fuel the growth for #Salesforce India.

-Was responsible to develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers for successful Talent Attraction, Selection, & fulfillment - Managed the Hiring capability transformation initiatives with the use of new age tech solutions to meet the business hiring demand-Led University Hiring and Relations Program-Developed University Relations Strategy and execute on campus programs -Led Talent Branding, Social & Digital and drive hiring hiring through these channels -Was accountable for the overall set-up of Talent Acquisition Operations capability - Managed unique outreach campaigns to identify and attract talent for #Bigdata #Cloud #Datascience #UI/UX hiring demand for various technology pillars

Was responsible to lead and manage the Talent Acquisition delivery for Engineering, Sales, IT, and corporate business groups • Formulate hiring plan and discuss with Technical managers on a periodical basis• Align with the Staffing -COE in the design and execution of recruitment strategy and collaborate with staffing leads globally to maintain consistent best practices• In collaboration with client facing HRBP and department FA’s to devise an executable talent acquisition plan based on business needs• Develop, communicate, and manage the staffing resource plan to meet hiring demand• Routinely interface with business managers and client facing HR to manage performance to plan • Facilitated two-way communication and flow of services between recruiting teams and the business groups• Drive and deployment of ad-hoc staffing programs/projects and training to/in the business• Led and the executed a high quality, compliant recruiting process, including: sourcing, interviewing, assessment, selection and on-boarding
