Lead the Las Vegas KEC branch service and parts functions and all after-market customer product support, sales and equipment rental activities in support of construction and mining in the Southern Nevada market. Coordinate with all corporate functions and other branches to ensure consistent and profitable marketing and sales programs for the sale and delivery of quality products and services to KEC’s customers.Manage branch administration, profit and loss, and operations including product delivery, services and product support of new, used and rental equipment, parts and value-added-services in the local territory. Collaborate with corporate functional management to maximize margin dollars, profitability and share of market.Develop and manage annual budgets, sales, and strategic plans in addition to monthly forecasts to maximize use of inventory investment, staffing levels and meet market expectations for delivery and product or services.Ensure adequate local market coverage by company personnel through management of sales and marketing efforts. Perform follow-up on customer satisfaction surveys to ensure customer needs and expectations are being met; develop and implement improvement plans as needed.Develop, review and negotiate all product support agreements for all RAMP, PM, Cost Cap, special guarantees and warranties to define scope of responsibilities, potential risk exposure and programs to manage contract performance, dispute resolution and exit strategy.Manage the communication of business activity, motivation, satisfaction and retention of branch employees. Ensure ongoing training of branch personnel for required skills to carry out the business strategy. Conduct effective annual performance reviews and yearly goal setting for each employee.Manage, monitor and measure branch employee and facility safety programs for compliance with KEC and regulatory agency requirements. Communicate safety and related programs to all branch employees.
