I graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Political Science, a B.A. in Economics, and a minor in Legal Reasoning and Analysis in May 2024. I was on track to pursue law school and become a lawyer. However, my journey took a transformative turn during my sophomore year when, as an international student from India and a former Hindu, I came to know the Good News of Jesus Christ. I experienced the love of God expressed through the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus for my sake and the world. This profound truth and life-changing experience shifted my trajectory, leading me to serve in Christian ministry, particularly focused on serving international students.International students in America often face significant challenges. Many never experience the warmth of an American home, and nearly 40% never form a close friendship with an American. Too often, they are left to navigate a foreign culture and language on their own, feeling isolated and overlooked. Having walked this path myself, I understand the difficulties millions of international students encounter upon arriving in the U.S. This is why I was called to serve as an intern with Reformed University Fellowship International at Texas A&M. In this role, I have the privilege of loving and supporting international students by building a welcoming community, modeling the love of Jesus, and sharing the life-changing Good News of God.My goal is to become a Minister of the Gospel, dedicated to making Christ known and helping others experience His transformative love. I am driven by the desire to see lives changed, just as mine was, and to work toward a future where people from all backgrounds and nations come to know Jesus and to follow Him.
