Experienced banker with 30 years of banking experience in several capacities including: retail banking, consumer lending and compliance. While with Equitable, I worked diligently to build out the compliance department that is in place today, while also taking on the oversight of Retail and Branch Banking, Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Audit and Security functions. I also serve on various Wisconsin Bankers Association committees, as well as taught at their compliance management schools.As Vice President, Bank Administration, I have the responsibility of taking on additional duties and special projects on behalf of executive management, while fully supporting the Bank’s leadership’s objectives to create a culture that values steady growth, internal advancement opportunities, and continued modernization of products, processes and tools.
