I assumed the role of Regional Loss Prevention Manager in 2019. I devised action plans and built sustainable relationships with partners and internal/external stakeholders to maintain a low shrink culture across the company. I also oversaw budgeting and forecasting process to predict cash flow, improve business processes, and establish company’s long-term/short-term financial goals in a competitive landscape. Moreover, I led cross-functional teams operating across 100 locations and 10 states to deliver seamless support; imperative for consistent business development. I successfully developed and executed training programs to uplift operational capabilities and align efforts with company’s strategic goals. I was appointed as Distribution Manager in 2017 and I directed Route Supervisors and drivers to streamline transportation of goods while, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines. Also, I successfully coordinated with key stakeholders to monitor logistics operations and increase accuracy, fundamental for maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. Lastly, I conducted comprehensive safety inspections to mitigate safety hazards, maintain operational readiness of equipment, and uphold compliance with safety protocols. Investigated DOT Safety incidents to assess areas of improvements and deliver training. • Slashed safety incidents by 80% over the course of FY 2018 by executing a safety initiative. • Consistently raised customer service levels by 50% during Q3 and Q4 of 2018. • Ensured compliance with company and DOT guidelines by utilizing route engineering applications.

I started serving as Regional Asset Protection Manager in 2014. Here, I led the establishment of the Asset Protection department from ground up while, reporting directly to VP of the company. I also extended business and operational reach; consequently, supporting 5 regions and 400 locations across 10 states. Moreover, I handled and directed multi-disciplinary teams comprising regional investigators and field managers; and directed Organized Retail Crime (ORC) and ecommerce investigations to employ loss prevention programs and curtail business losses. Lastly, I utilized traditional / non-traditional methods, including cyber security, SQL, and data analytics to compile queries and lead investigations toward logical conclusion. • Closed an average of 106 investigations every year and achieved unprecedented shrink results in 2016; consequently, winning the spot for best performer in the company. • Designed a new Internal Investigations policy and liaised with a 3rd party vendor to create an Exception Based Reporting dashboard to optimize resources and uplift investigations. • Created an LP training program to streamline on-boarding of new members and assisted field training, causing an average of 1%-4% boost in sales. • Drafted a report for each Region focusing primarily on KPI's that identified waste, fraud, and abuse.

I took over as Zone Loss Prevention Manager in 2013. Here, I oversaw Loss Prevention Managers and LP Associates for seamless execution of LP programs in 15 stores while, and guaranteeing continual sales growth. I also evaluated key performance indicators and performed safety audits to ensure strict adherence to OSHA, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering guidelines, and company’s regulations.

Led a team of 16 Security Guards. Created and implemented a new audit program in all 3 Distribution Centers to identify Fraud and Waste. Managed the Security Operations Centers (SOC) at Corporate Office and Distribution Center. Directed safety program and ensured all training was in compliance with company and OSHA guidelines. Directed ORC and Pharmacy Investigations. Partnered with local, state, and federal law enforcement. Participated in vendor bidding process for 3rd party physical security security services and supervised their activity at all of our sites. Managed large scale physical security projects including CCTV, Access Control, Alarm System, and EAS installations.
