Led IC start-up of two one million plus square foot multi-channel (wholesale, retail, E-commerce), multi-brand(adidas, Reebok, Taylor Made/adidas Golf) Distribution Centers. Managed 6 in-house Operational Managers/Supervisors and 60 3rd party logistics firm employees overseeing,all aspects of Inventory Control across 24/7 operations (day, night, weekend shifts). Drove multiple initiatives across departments for improved inventory accuracy for 20M units app, 15M unitsftwr. (250k sku’s) Improved monitoring of IC/Financial transactions between WMS and host systems significantly increasinginventory accuracy between WMS and SAP to 99.9% ftw/99.6% app.

Responsible for all aspects of IC operations for $54M of inventory and $322M in sales of 180 store Retail chain, reporting in to the Director of Finance. Provide daily communication direction and support to Store Manager’s/District Manager’s to maximize efficiencies and profits. Integrated Canada Retail IC operations with U.S. and implemented new POS software rollout for 18 stores. Developed and implemented new POS software for 160+ U.S. store chain. Developed training manual and materials for use in the field. Authored Vendor Manual to ensure all standards for inbound shipments to stores were consistentlymaintained. Coordinated and executed annual physical inventories of 4.6M units for all stores.
