Mr. Kenyon is a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent™ Rated attorney and is the firm’s lead attorney for personal injury claims and litigation.He is licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada, and is a member of State Bar of Nevada Board of Personal Injury Specialization.Mr. Kenyon was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Kansas in 1994 with a double major in Political Science and Communication Studies. Following his undergraduate studies, he earned his juris doctorate with Distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1997, where he was a published author and associate editor for the Iowa Law Review.Immediately after graduating law school in 1997, Mr. Kenyon moved to Las Vegas where he practiced law as an insurance defense attorney for seven years, until he joined a plaintiffs’ firm in 2004 to assist injured victims, which has been his exclusive field of practice ever since. Mr. Kenyon founded Yan Kenyon with the goal of helping injured people receive the compensation they are owed.Mr. Kenyon has successfully tried several jury trials involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, animal attacks, and defective products. In addition to these types of cases, his practice includes all aspects of personal injury, including truck accidents, premises liability, wrongful death cases, spinal cord injuries, severe burn injuries, accidents involving children, and negligent security cases.
