Jan. 2008 – Sept. 2014; Director of the Custom Automation & Relationship Manager. My functions included directing Custom Automation Business, managing the vendor relations for Lab Automation Products. Including employee teams in Brea, California & Tokyo, Japan. Supporting an existing Custom Automation base of over 50 Systems world-wide and core automation support for over 500 system WW. Jan. 1999 – Sept. 2008; Sr. Manager Automation Support Services, we were Clinical Automation focused including the functions of Program and Project Management, Pre and Post Sale Technical Support and partner relationships. Jan. 1994 - Dec. 1998; Sr. Program Manager for Clinical Instrument Products. Managed several projects from inception through launch. Project ranged in scope from individual reagent kits to major software / hardware systems. Example: LX20 Clinical Chemistry Analyzer - one of the largest program including 20 Team leads & 450 members. Program Manager from early development through System Release included managing the Product leads from Development, Commercial Operations, Manufacturing and Support Functions delivering a Major IVD Chemistry Platform with a 20 year lifecycle. As Sr. Program Manager for Power Processor, I lead R&D Teams and participated in the develop of Automation and IT Diagnostic Strategic Plan. I managed the the highly successful Power Processor (Clinical Automation) and DataLink (Clinical IT Middleware).
