Managed real estate portfolios (AZ, CA, CO, NV, IL) in excess of $285M.Instrumental in the formation and fundraising of a $200M joint venture between one of the largest real estate private equity firms in the world and a prominent master developer with projects in the western US. Led operations and acquisitions of the joint venture to fund the largest public and private homebuilders in the US.
