Employee & Channel Engagement Manager
This role straddled the work of corporate marketing, the development and expression of 360's voice in our marketplace and user base, and continued work in building 360insights' reputation as a good community partner and a great place to work. Alongside core marketing functions such as marketing and sales-enablement content development, key deliverables in this role included development and implementation of efficiency-building client-branded messaging portals and other client-branded work.The role continued to support building culture and clarity through communications, support recruiting with timely and professional marketing collateral and help formulate fun, intelligent, and informative communications with 360's users and team members.Some fun highlights of this role include the production of a video series showing the process behind the construction of 360's new headquarters, culminating in the coordination and production of the grand opening party for building following the complete renovation of a 100-year-old schoolhouse. This event was an opportunity to bring together stakeholders from governments, education and the startup community, along with our team members and neighbourhood supporters. Additionally, I formed a partnership with the Smart Commute program, creatively encouraging team members to find other ways to work apart from the 1 person, 1 car model. This involved a contest for most trips by foot/bicycle/skateboard etc as well as most kilometres travelled to work by these means. A final highlight would be the chance to express my enthusiasm for health and fitness through the origination and continued annual production of our ToddWOD workout and fundraiser, celebrating the life of an important friend and leader to 360 and the community. I was able to further express this enthusiasm through the formulation of a partnership with a local Crossfit gym who now helps us facilitate 3 weekly workouts for 360 team members right on our own premises.
