Founder of a duel-inspected (USDA/FDA) long term storage food company that manufactures and packages freeze-dried meat/produce and dry staples for emergency applications.

A software architect and developer building custom software applications for everything from small businesses to multi-national governmental organizations. My most recent work has included a wide variety of projects. These have included: - Building and deploying "Flex", a CRM and business management application that can centralize business communications to a single application (see attached screen shots). - Building a Content Management System for the United Parcel Service (UPS). This application will allow the rapid development and deployment of customized discount landing pages with dynamic content for organization members and companies. - Working with Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union in the development of a variety of applications.- Worked as the regular, part-time developer or "The FileMaker Guy" for "Robert Michael Communications" a healthcare information, and medical education company, for three years. During that time I supported a large, previously developed FileMaker application and created new applications as required.- Developed the back-end office system for a real-estate vertical market startup (confidential)- Completely developed a FileMaker application that connects and coordinates the efforts of entities across multiple continents for a large UNICEF (a United Nations operation) fund-raising and printing operation.

Designed a complete GUI based database solution to replace thousands of scripts, reports and an aging database system. Oversaw a project team that cataloged legacy scripts, calculated fields, reports and ftp destinations into a purpose built database application. Converted hundreds of export reports in scattered technologies into a single report format that allows basic users to configure and adjust output "on the fly". Designed a GUI to centralize the control of incoming and outgoing data into a single control panel that monitors progress. Set up a scripting engine that allows users to easily create schedules that download, import, transform, validate and export data automatically.

Lead Programmer AnalystWorked on the team that oversaw the upgrade of the "HP Teamsite"​ Content Management System - a $47 million project. My role was one of troubleshooting data issues when legacy data was missing and also running analysis to provide to the companies contracted to complete various component of the project. Credited at one time in internal reports with saving weeks and a change order with a major vendor on the project after anticipating a need and proactively running analysis on the legacy data. Also saved hundreds of hours of testing on thousands of re-writes by creating an automated testing application that generated a report for management that was still in use months after my departure. Sr. Application Developer ConsultantWorking as a FileMaker Pro developer designing an interesting solution for UPS Supply Chain Solutions. The project is a template-driven Content Management System (CMS) to generate HTML fragments to their main CMS system. It will be used to generate as many as hundreds of unique web-sites each month for the marketing dept. The interesting part of the project is that we have built an application that allows HTML developers to configure "templates" that allow low-end marketing users to easily generate and deploy web sites with custom content within minutes. This project was the #4 development priority for all of UPS during 2015. Note: In 2017, this application was deemed "essential infrastructure" by UPS once it was established that it's features could not be matched by the new multi-million dollar CMS.

Established an Atlanta based Southeast sales territory for a Pittsburgh, PA based automotive and tire software company. Although the position and company were great, development cost over-runs pulled the product I represented off the shelf for the following year.• Immediately exceeded expectations sold a $15,000 account shortly after completing training - months before expected• Assisted with QA and Regression testing by identifying and documenting software defects • Worked with management and developers in the identification and design of new features

Founded a software consulting company that would become a seed-funded startup originally an Automotive Shop Management System (SMS), and later be one of the first to offer "Cloud" based data aftermarket hosting with data aggregation capabilities that collected somewhere north of 100 million records.

Founded a small chain of retail mall kiosks that sold factory surplus collegiate licensed clothing. Managed all inventory with a custom database application I designed and deployed at all locations.

Started Greek Life at Georgia Southern, an advertiser-supported magazine that would lead to being personally featured in Georgia Trend Magazine for the start-up of the business while still an undergraduate (May 1993).

Led the charge at the official school newspaper of Georgia Southern University (Statesboro, GA) to national level advertising sales by hiring, training, and managing a successful sales team that ultimately tripled sales.
