Worked as partner, business head undertook work of developing business proposals, technical detailing for planning and architecture projects. Worked in coordination with various government agencies for planning projects. a) Local associates of HCPDPM for Town Planning Scheme: Worked on ‘Town Planning Scheme for Pardi, Punapur, Bhandewadi and Bharatwada under the Smart City ABD project as per MRTP Act 1966. We worked as HCP, Ahmedabad who were the principal consultants in the project from April 2017 to Nov 2019. Our team was involved in data collection from various government departments and stakeholders. We coordinated the extensive stake holder meetings and consultation inviting suggestions and objections from owners. We were also involved in developing the concept for the town planning scheme considering the local context, did extensive stakeholder consultation and made the preliminary scheme which was submitted to Director Town Planning for suggestions. Based on the inputs received from Director Town Planning suggested changes were made and submitted the Draft Town Planning Scheme.b) Preparation of HFAPoA for Karjan, Mandvi, Jhalod and Dabhoi in state of Gujarat.c) Study for making Nagpur a logistic hub: We did urban study estimating the expansion of Nagpur City and how the infrastructure need to develop Nagpur as a logistic hub. We also showed on how TP Schemes can be a tool to develop logistic parks in Nagpur. The presentation was made to NIT chairman.d) Street Design Competition: We worked on developing the proposal of street design of one of the busiest pedestrian streets in Nagpur at Sitabuldi. The proposal focused on reducing pedestrian vehicular conflicts. The proposal is yet to be accepted by the authority.e) Residential and commercial architecture and interior design projects.

Worked on identifying various indicators of urban and transportation conditions of select cities across India from secondary sources. Worked extensively on data research and transport analysis for Knowledge Management Centre project for Institute of Urban Transport and MOUD.
