• Well-versed in all MACH products, data clearing, TADIG, different version of TAP files and in total roaming industry.• Ensure to meet the ST dispatching within the SLA in Lotus Notes and Extra View Systems. • Ensuring the successful resolution of client complaints within the SLA with Priority and Based on the issues (Orange & Telenor Clients).• Ensure to meet the team KPI on Monthly basis.• Making Monthly ST Solved Resolution against Time.• Having team Meeting on weekly basics and one on one with the team members.• Daily monitoring of the tasks assigned to the team.• Proficient in deploying and coordinating the operations of large task groups with demonstrated leadership qualities & organizational skills during the tenure.• Mobilizing and supervising manpower resources for various O&M activities, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out in proper manner. • Supervising Team 1 - Technical Support Team for File Monitoring, Correction & Reporting and handling other technical teaks requested by clients / internal cross-functional teams.• Team 2 – Data Maintenance & Roaming Management System on database updates, Team 3 - Handling TAP files and RAP files in the system • Handling transition of tasks from other offices to India team, interacting with clients, assist in resolving issues.
