Role:-Serving as a team leader in quality department with a technical team. -Overseeing all activities of quality dept. like IQC, IPQC, FQC, MIS, Reliability Testing, Third Party Audits, product Certifications, ISO Audits & Customer Complaints. Accomplishments: Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan & implementation in the Solar Module manufacturing facility at Goldi Solar. Certification of PV Modules from BIS, TUV and UL for IECCB scheme, UL1703, IEC6115, IEC61730, IEC61701, IEC62716, IEC62804. Incoming Inspection of Material (IQC), preparing inspection plan & sampling plan as per IS 2859, suppliers audit for evaluation and quality control of input material in module manufacturing process. Ensuring compliance to (QMS) quality standards, TUV, IEC and maintaining all related documents (CAPA, Customer Complaints, etc.). Setting up of 300MW new production line with installation, commissioning and performance with final acceptance testing (PAT). Operating SAP Business One for Material Management, Production planning and control of raw materials. Efficiently developed and conductedo Visual inspection of solar modules, EL testing, routine testing like IR / DCW / Wet Leakage Test, Mechanical load test.o Reliability testing of solar modules as per IEC and UL standards & development of in house reliability test Lab in Goldi Solar for IEC standard testing. Played a key role in development of low weight module for rooftop projects (40% less weight than conventional modules). Responsible for Calibration (PIV testing along with different temperature, irradiation) of PV Modules & Characterization equipment from external institutions like Fraunhofer Germany. Successfully developed Quality testing Lab in GOLDI SOLAR for In-house testing (incoming material quality control & reliability testing of solar photovoltaic modules) Due diligence for Solar Module OEM supply and solar raw material supply to Goldi Solar.
