Production Operation • Spearheading production operations, including development & execution of production plans, estimation and procurement of resources and manpower required during the process.• Defining production volumes/targets as per market timely delivery of ensure smooth production process.• Planning, scheduling and executing maintenance (preventive, predictive and breakdown) for all production and utility equipment, to achieve improved operational efficiency and optimum resource utilization.• Conducting PPM with all fty. Internal team before size set to make sure product Quality & Quantities should be convenient, easy & production – quality friendly. If req. any changes in bulk change gmt construction or reduce any specify Operation.Operation with approval of respected concern of buyer & brand.• Maintain fty. Costing, reducing extra working hours. • Produce defect less goods to deliver & insure right quality to respected Buyer & Brand as per them norms & stander.• Line balancing as well strongly focus on fty. WIP’s in each department and reduce factory rejection.Product Development • Interfacing with different departments for new products and setting up chain of tasks for the purpose.• Implementing value engineering initiatives to achieve standardization and reduce costs.Quality Control / Compliance • Implementing stringent quality standards specified by the organization, to enhance quality of products and reduce rejection/wastage.• Overseeing implementation of standard Operating Procedures on the production floor, and training the workman on same.• Ensuring compliance with pre-defined safety, product, human rights and environment management parameters.• Providing & conducting daily meetings with Production & Quality team to ensure healthy production, goal of the day, resolving daily issues of operation, set new SOP’s on production floor.Achievements• Good knowledge of all types of machine attachments to do operations, time & motion study also. Very good knowledge of labor handling motivates to do good work. I can run 700, machines independently on one floor. Good knowledge of all types of cutting average and check cutting fix attachments all type of specialized machine repairing and develop attachments also. I am capable to setup the new assembly plant & give good training to the workers to do good productivity & quality.
