Jayla Johnson is a results-oriented strategic thinker who is intentional about localizing impact, adept at building relationships with diverse sets of stakeholders, and passionate about improving the efficiency of systems and processes.Throughout her career, Jayla has been known for her ability to design cost-effective, innovative solutions to complex problems and lead the implementation of programs focused on improving the financial health of diverse populations. She is currently Senior Director, Head of Diverse-Serving Institutions (DSI) Strategy & Engagement at TIAA. In her role, Jayla is responsible for developing and executing an integrated strategy for how TIAA engages, partners with, and builds relationships with the community of Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSI) and other Diverse-Serving Institutions (DSIs).
