High volume, fast paced regional returns center for ATT U-Verse equipment. Responsible for overall performance of the operation: P&L, production (receiving/re-manufacturing/testing/LV1 repair), quality, customer service, HR, safety, inventory control, security and maintenance. Led 20 management staff with 500 hourly staff. Left due to business unit closure. While still employed as GM by GENCO, spent three months as Interim GM at GSK Healthcare Distribution 9/16-11/16.

High volume fast paced returns and re-manufacturing operation occupying 600k sq. ft. warehouse. Was responsible for P&L, KPI and individual performance. Accountable to communicate business unit goals to subordinates ensuring timely, accurate execution. Developed and maintained metrics, reports and records to measure against KPI targets. Promoted to Asst. GM and relocated to Memphis.

Was responsible for day-to-day planning, hiring, and training, coaching, evaluating, monitoring cost and enforcing company policies. Supervised 15-35 hourly direct reports including team leads, order pickers, packers, shippers, MHE operators, receivers, planners, analysts and clerks. Promoted to Operations Manager Nov. 2006
