As a sales representative at Vivint, I use my tactical sales and CRM skills to provide smart home solutions to customers across various markets. I joined Vivint in August 2022, after working as a sales supervisor at Lowe's for 1.5 years, where I led a team of sales associates and increased revenue and customer satisfaction. I also have a background in design, as I worked as a designer at California Paver Pros for three months in 2020, creating and installing custom paver projects for residential and commercial clients. Before that, I was an athletic director at Boys and Girls Club of Tracy for four years, where I managed sports programs and events for youth. I enjoy working in sales because it allows me to leverage my communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as my passion for technology and innovation. My goal is to continue to grow and excel in the sales field and provide the best service and value to my customers.
