The LEAP program at Quest Diagnostics is two-year rotational program aimed at developing future operational leaders through four six-month rotations in different functional areas in Quest Diagnostics. This program accelerates associates' training managerial roles post-program.Rotation 1- Lab Operations/Materials Management-Developed and executed a comprehensive project framework to facilitate the transition towards automated signal replenishment for core laboratory departments.-Oversaw regional service contracts and successfully managed capital expenditure (CAPEx) budget.-Collaborated closely with a cross-functional team of five individuals to ensure the seamless execution of project tasks and objectives.-Utilized emerging technologies to improve interdepartmental efficiency and foster better communication channels.Rotation 2- Customer Operations-Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing diverse data systems for efficient patient information management and billing purposes through cross-training.-Fostered collaboration with an external technical team to design and implement an automated billing and email system, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.-Achieved significant cost savings within the department, successfully reducing spending by a factor of two.Rotation 3- Compliance-Managed and executed project plan for corporate compliance strategy.-Detected inefficiencies within existing manual processes. -Designed and implemented an automated program aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and boosting employee productivity, resulting in a 95% reduction in time spent from the previous process.Rotation 4- QMS, Project Management-Resolved TNP issues for major client account, enhancing satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service-Applied advanced data strategies to support company’s 5-year growth plan-Provided project coaching and mentoring to colleagues in the organization.
