In my role as a Solution Area BA in the Life IT division, I am focused on strategic initiatives and planning. I have the opportunity to participate in the ongoing digital transformation of the growing Life Insurance business at SFG.

EXL's LifePRO administrative solution provides support for an extremely broad range of life, health, and annuity products. I am working with our clients to enhance and improve the solution, from adding new product/feature support, to exposing the robust LifePRO functionality to external applications such as client and agent web portals.

Applying my industry experience to help Life Insurance companies with software-related challenges, ranging from doing feasibility studies to managing implementation programs/projects.October 2015 through March 2016: Performed an Illustration software feasibility study for a Chicago-based life insurance carrier. My work included 1) a review of current state across stakeholders in operations and technology areas, including in-house actuaries and a third-party administrator; 2) a market study of illustration vendors, including an RFI process with eight vendors meeting basic criteria; 3) a report and recommendation for next steps for the carrier.March 2016 through April 2016: Performed scheduling and follow-up interviews for a global commercial insurance carrier to measure broker and client satisfaction across several facets of the relationship. Worked with Qualtrics to record and measure results.

Oversaw account and program management for packaged software implementation and conversion for multiple clients. Designed, developed, and customized the Policy Administration platform. • Implemented TriMark’s policy administration platform at multiple client sites, converting hundreds of thousands of annuity contracts from legacy platforms for 6 strategic accounts.Developed and delivered Payout Product functionality solution in the TriMark platform for a strategic client, including full support of Variable Payout Annuities and encompassed 19 payout product variations. | Installed a significant platform stability and processing improvement (TriMark T++) across 11 customer sites. | Represented TriMark on the User-community steering committee and delivered multiple presentations and product demonstrations and TriMark user conferences.

Planned and implemented three large data conversion projects to bring policy and product administration in-house for multiple blocks of Life Insurance and Fixed and Variable Annuities. After the completion of the conversions, led the application development teams responsible for adding new products and customization to the Cyberlife policy administration platform.
