• Recruited and managed the engineering and production team that made the company’s breakthrough product manufacturable, both initially and through 300-fold increase in revenues in 4 years.
• As principal developer, designed and developed software and algorithms for all sensor calibration and automated manufacturing systems. These systems and algorithms allowed us to meet quality, performance and cost.
