I taught both one-to-one and one-to-many for ESL and ENL students online. With the one-to-many platform I taught full class sizes throughout China with both the Jack Ma Rural Education Project (2nd and 3rd phase of flagship) and School Class Project under the title: Lead English Teacher. I taught age ranges of 5 to 15 and utilized classroom management and behavioral strategies similar to a classroom instruction with direct and timely feedback, lively materials and instructional strategies. Positions held: Kid Check, Cash, Gameroom, Birthday Host, Birthday Coordinator, Kitchen, Team 2 Trainer for District (manager and new staff training of all positions) and Senior Assistant Manager. Worked with children, adults and co-workers to ensure the best work environment for all. Greatest achievement was being showcased in the training manual for all new employees in 2016.
