CurrentClient Support & Engineering, for Executives & their staff with complete PC, laptop, peripheral, PDA, office and home network support.Focuses on providing Tier III support to our end user community of between 1000-1500 county employees, Law enforcement & Fire department. Resolve complex support Issues: Triage issues that have been escalated.Additional responsibilities included development of IT strategies, assist upper management in planning/upgrading latest technology trends and maintain positive business relationship with technology vendors. Troubleshoot, repaired software & hardware issues on PCs, laptops, workstations + printers Support IT Projects with end-to-end system solutions Consult groups on computer equipment needs & recommended upgrade options Manage and administer Microsoft server + network infra-structure Develop creative solutions & workarounds for complex IT issues to minimize downtime Perform testing and problem analysis for server, desktop, and IT infrastructure. Prepping new laptops and desktops for deployment; installed software & operating systems.
