Organizational Development Specialist
- Managed Onboarding Program Operations to ensure that new talent was thoughtfully oriented to the company, through logistics planning (managing presenters, schedule, content/assets, etc.) and timely iteration informed by feedback from new hires- Assisted in TPCi’s transition from remote to hybrid work through the consolidation and presentation of resources available to employees, with particular emphasis on engagement and psychological safety- Supported programs across the Global Talent Management space, including talent and succession planning, the performance management cycle, and organizational development- Curated company-wide educational content via LinkedIn Learning, remaining strategically aligned with TPCi’s organizational and learning goals amidst gauging development needs throughout all functions- Ensured that tools and resources of the People Partner and Leader Talent Practices are brand-worthy, digestible, easily navigable, accessible, and up to date- Partnered with key stakeholders, including DEI, Facilities, and TPCi’s Employee Resource Groups
