Long Term Care and Skilled unit with a average censes of 70-80 – Current Position of Evening weekend supervisor- other positions held during employment at GLC include ADON weekend supervisor – Interim DON. Duties performed include but are not limited to Charge Nurse on floor with supervision of CNA and CMA with all task for that position within the facility, as ADON Weekend supervisor duties included Rounding with MD and ARPN weekly, Daily Quality Improvement meeting with staff and nursing management team on all residents, as well as supervisor of building to include all departments within the home on weekend, this position also included on call for all departments in building.
