My Life, My super QLD early childhood education and care Director of the year 2018.I am excited to share my passion, dedication and knowledge of Early Childhood Education and Care, that advocates for the rights of children while leading our Reggio Inspired team of Educators to ensure and strive for inclusion and quality outcomes for all children. l believe in creating a sense of belonging through fostering warm, welcoming, inviting and nurturing environments. I believe in empowering and encouraging others on a journey of growth and self discovery and building upon leaders within our industry whilst developing new found knowledge and tools that allow children and educators to become the best versions of themselves.I believe in building a positive team culture and supporting educator, children, families and community well-being by practising gratitude, kindness and commitment to those around me. It takes a village to raise a child and being active participants in the community is something l value. Children are seen heard and advocates of their own rights while being active participants of society, changing the perception of their capabilities.Children are my passion and leading a team of educators who put children at the forefront of everything they do to achieve quality education and outstanding learning outcomes is something l continually aspire towards.
