・ Lead guests on campus tours to share knowledge about UCI's academic programs and student life・ Represent UCI in outreach and yield events to help students pursue their goal of higher education

・ Lead the Campus Representative program, as a team of 5, to maintain organization and productivity・ Create and present various training programs to ensure job duties are fulfilled accurately and safely

・ Answer any inquiries to provide the public with information regarding the UC system or UCI in particular・ Resolve issues regarding incoming students' UCI student profile to maintain an efficient review process

・ Review and respond to outreach request forms in order to assist with the scheduling of approved events・ Assign weekly employee schedules for all student employees

⋅ Prepare and serve food while keeping facilities stocked and clean to ensure guests have a positive dining experience⋅ Manage the cash register to check-in guests into the dining commons⋅ Teach new team members the various tasks of each dining station to ensure stations are run smoothly
