As someone who has experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) in three different countries, I seek to act as a bridge between cultures by giving people the tools necessary to aid with their language aquisition process in addition to assisting them to become new members of the English and/or Portuguese speaking communities. Presently, I am a student at Springboard's Software Engineering Program with the intent to apply the technical skills acquired, which encompass the realm of full-stack development, to compliment my experience as an ESL teacher in conjunction with broadening my horizons to future career opportunities.
