I’m working in a global team to migrate all WAN circuits in APAC region to new service provider.- involved in APAC WAN circuit migration project. - negotiate with APAC stakeholders on the budget of the project. - negotiate with WAN circuit vendors for the cost of the circuits. - manage the WAN migration project on cost, budget, technical, timeline, tasks and resources. - work with Global WAN team for the network design on the new WAN architecture for APAC region. - work on the steps to steps for the migration job on every WAN circuit of all locations in APAC. - study the existing network configuration of the location and design the migration plan.- coordinate with all the involved parties in the migration plan.
